The history of RE/MAX Central Realty began 31 years ago, in 1989, when RE/MAX was established by Vickie Gallimore, SarahBeth's mom. From the offset, Vickie was successful and took first place in the market share of her market area. For this tremendous effort, Vickie was named Broker/Owner of the Year with RE/MAX in 1989. Neither Vickie nor RE/MAX Central Realty ever looked back since then. In the more than thirty-one year's since Vickie established RE/MAX in Asheboro, she has consistently ranked in the Top 20 agents within both North Carolina and South Carolina. In 2002, H.R. Gallimore, SarahBeth's dad, left his successful salesman job to take on a new challenge & joined Vickie at RE/MAX in order to set up & lead the commercial property department of RE/MAX. H.R. would eventually become one of the few CCIM's in the State, a credential that signals his mastery & expertise in the field of commercial real estate. H.R. was so successful in leading the commercial department that he has now, for years, often ranked amongst the Top 20 Commercial Teams in the United States. Vickie continued to focus on the residential property department of RE/MAX, though she was and is knowledgeable on all matters related to real estate. In her thirty-one years of practice, she has received a tremendous amount of awards (over forty), but perhaps most important amongst them all are two: (1) her 2008 induction into RE/MAX's Circle of Legends - an award that recognized her achievement of the highest level of production and service within the organization; & (2) in 2014, Vickie was awarded the North Carolina Governors Award for Volunteer Service, the highest award the State can bestow upon a citizen for volunteering services, due to her many years of giving back to the community by volunteering. Vickie has at least seven additional real estate credentials ranging from being a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist to a Graduate of Realtors Institute. In 2013, Brian Gallimore joined RE/MAX Central Realty after graduating from law school and becoming a licensed NC lawyer. In addition to being a NC licensed real estate broker, he is also a licensed NC real estate appraiser. Brian brings the perspective of an in-house lawyer to RE/MAX, and his studies in both Business Administration while at UNC-Charlotte and his Juris Doctor degree with a concentration in Business Law help his clients in numerous ways. In 2017, SarahBeth Gallimore joined RE/MAX after graduating top of her class, Magna Cum Laude, from UNC-Greensboro's top notch Nursing Program with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing & becoming a licensed NC nurse. In addition to being a NC licensed real estate broker, she is also a REALTOR and a Graduate of Realtors Institute.
